Exchange & Return Policy

 At Touch Watches, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in the quality of our watches and want you to be fully confident in every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

 

1. Returns & Exchanges

Touch gladly accepts return requests within 14 days from the delivery date of the order under certain conditions:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging, tags, and protective films intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Please contact us at touchwatches.com@gmail.com before sending your item back to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

 

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the item was defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Watches that have been worn, sized, or damaged after delivery.
  • Custom-engraved or personalized items.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective). 

 

4. Warranty

  • All our watches are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
    This does not cover damage caused by misuse, water exposure (unless stated as water-resistant), or normal wear and tear.
